Welcome to TradixPro. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TradixPro. TradixPro operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide customers with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).
TradixPro is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and checkout services.

Your order is accepted when we confirm the order and process your payment.
Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tradixpro.com.
If the order has already been processed or dispatched, you may request a return after receiving the item, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Product prices are displayed on our website and at checkout.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product prices, descriptions, and availability are accurate and up to date.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information for all purchases made through our store.
If we identify a pricing error, product information error, or payment issue, we may contact you for clarification, cancel the affected order, or take other reasonable action before fulfillment.

SECTION 5 - ORDER PROCESSING, SHIPPING, AND DELIVERY
We offer free shipping to 65 countries.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed and confirmed.
Processing time includes order verification, preparation, quality checks, and coordination with our fulfillment partners before shipment.
Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.
After your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery usually takes 6–15 business days, depending on the destination country, product availability, carrier conditions, and destination-country processing.
The total estimated delivery time is generally 7–18 business days, including processing and delivery.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information, product availability checks, destination-country processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by email when available.
SECTION 6 - DELIVERY ISSUES, INCORRECT ADDRESS, AND LOST PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information at checkout.
TradixPro is not responsible for failed delivery, returned packages, or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated customer information.
Refunds or reshipments may not be available in the following situations:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Customer fails to respond to carrier delivery attempts
- Unclaimed packages
- Refused deliveries
- Packages returned due to incorrect customer information
- Delays caused by carriers, destination-country processing, or circumstances outside our control
If tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us at info@tradixpro.com so we can investigate the shipment with the carrier or fulfillment partner.
If the package is confirmed lost or seriously delayed, we may offer one of the following:
- A replacement
- A refund
- Another suitable resolution depending on the case
Refunds are not issued while the order is still within the normal estimated delivery period.
SECTION 7 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.
We accept eligible return requests within 14 days of delivery.
For change-of-mind returns:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging where applicable
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, faulty, or incorrect
- The refund will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected
If an item arrives damaged, defective, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us promptly after delivery with clear photo or video evidence so we can review the issue.
Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from us.
TradixPro currently provides return receiving locations in the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany.
Customers returning items from other countries may be asked to send the return package to one of these return receiving locations.
The correct return address will be provided by our support team after your return request has been reviewed and approved.
SECTION 8 - NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Certain items or situations may not be eligible for return or refund, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
Refunds may not be available for:
- Items returned after the eligible return period
- Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged items not due to defect
- Items without original packaging, where packaging is required

- Personal care, hygiene, or intimate-use items if opened or used, unless faulty or defective
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed packages
- Refused deliveries

- Items returned without following our return instructions
