Welcome to TradixPro.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains where we ship, how long order processing takes, estimated delivery times, tracking, address changes, delivery issues, and damaged items.
1. Shipping Coverage
TradixPro offers free shipping to 65 countries.
Shipping availability, delivery speed, and carrier options may vary depending on the destination country, product availability, carrier conditions, and destination-country processing.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed and confirmed.
Processing time includes order verification, product preparation, quality checks, and coordination with our fulfillment partners before shipment.
Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.
Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, holidays, product availability checks, or unexpected fulfillment delays.
3. Shipping & Delivery Estimates
After your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery usually takes 6–15 business days.
The total estimated delivery time is generally 7–18 business days, including processing and delivery.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Destination country
- Product availability
- Carrier conditions
- Destination-country processing
- Holidays or peak seasons
- Weather or logistics disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided by email when available.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update depending on the carrier and destination country.
If your tracking number does not show updates, please contact us at info@tradixpro.com and we will help investigate the shipment status.
5. Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information at checkout.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Address changes may not be possible once the order has entered fulfillment, been processed, or received a tracking number.
TradixPro is not responsible for failed delivery, returned packages, or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated customer information.
6. Incorrect Address, Refused Delivery, or Unclaimed Packages
Refunds or reshipments may not be available in the following situations:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Customer fails to respond to carrier delivery attempts
- Unclaimed packages
- Refused deliveries
- Packages returned due to incorrect customer information
If a package is returned or undeliverable because of customer-provided information, we will review the case and advise on any available options.
7. Missing, Lost, or Seriously Delayed Shipments
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period while the package is in transit, please contact us at info@tradixpro.com so we can investigate the shipment with the carrier or fulfillment partner.
If the package is confirmed lost or seriously delayed, we may offer one of the following:
- A free replacement
- A full refund
- Another suitable resolution depending on the case
Refunds are not issued while the order is still within the normal estimated delivery period.
8. Damaged, Defective, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, fault, or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label, if applicable
If the issue is verified, we may offer one of the following:
- A free replacement
- A full refund
- A partial refund, where appropriate
- Another suitable resolution depending on the case
Please do not return any item before receiving return instructions from us.

Although we aim to provide a smooth delivery experience, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier operations, holidays, weather, high demand, destination-country processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Our support team will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery concerns wherever possible.
