At TradixPro, we want every customer to shop with confidence. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, delivery issues, and cancellations are handled.

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed and confirmed.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 6–15 business days, depending on the destination country, carrier conditions, product availability, and destination-country processing.

The total estimated delivery time is generally 7–18 business days, including processing and delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or destination-country processing.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tradixpro.com.

We can only cancel or modify an order if it has not yet been processed or dispatched.

If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item, subject to the return eligibility requirements below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging where applicable
- Complete with all accessories, manuals, parts, and protective materials
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return eligibility requirements.

For change-of-mind returns:

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, faulty, or incorrect
- The refund will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected

Damaged, Defective, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tradixpro.com.

Please include:

- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, fault, or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label, if applicable

After reviewing the case, we may offer one of the following:

- A free replacement
- A full refund
- A partial refund, where appropriate
- Another suitable resolution depending on the case

If the issue is approved as damaged, defective, faulty, or incorrect, customers will not be responsible for return shipping costs unless we provide different instructions.

Missing or Lost Shipments

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us at info@tradixpro.com so we can investigate the shipment with the carrier or fulfillment partner.

If the package is confirmed lost or seriously delayed, we may offer one of the following:

- A free replacement
- A full refund
- Another suitable resolution depending on the case

Refunds are not issued while the order is still within the normal estimated delivery period.

Incorrect Address, Refused Delivery, or Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information at checkout.

Refunds or reshipments may not be available in the following situations:

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Customer fails to respond to carrier delivery attempts
- Unclaimed packages
- Refused deliveries
- Packages returned due to incorrect customer information

Return Shipping and Fees

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, faulty, or incorrect item.

Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping method. TradixPro is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Return Locations

TradixPro currently provides return receiving locations in the following countries:

- United States
- United Kingdom
- Germany

Customers returning items from other countries may be asked to send the return package to one of these return receiving locations.

The correct return address will be provided by our support team after your return request has been reviewed and approved.

Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from us.

Items sent to the wrong address or returned without approval may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

Please include:

- Your order number
- Your full name
- The item you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, faulty, or incorrect

We usually respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for damaged, defective, faulty, or incorrect items, subject to availability.

For change-of-mind requests, customers may place a new order after the original return has been approved and refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Items returned after 14 days from delivery
- Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged items not due to defect
- Items without original packaging, where packaging is required
- Items missing accessories, manuals, parts, or proof of purchase
- Final sale or clearance items, where clearly marked
- Personal care, hygiene, or intimate-use items if opened or used, unless faulty or defective

Delivery Issues

If your order appears delayed, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment status.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination country, carrier conditions, and destination-country processing.
